  1. Make sure you post the FAMLI notice or email it out: https://famli.colorado.gov/news-article/required-program-notice
  1. Ensure FAMLI deductions are properly being taken from employee paychecks, and plan on paying your premiums each quarter – the first payment is due April 30, 2022 for Q1 (30 day grace period!).

  1. Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act continues to require employers pay up to 80 hours of sick leave for COVID-19 related issues – at least until this February 2023 because we're still under a public health emergency.
  1. Employees can also use the 80 hours, which is a one-time grant and not renewed each year, for the FLU and for RSV. Here is more info:  https://cdle.colorado.gov/hfwa
